A shocking service experience
The room was a peaceful retreat, clean and welcoming. We appreciated the proximity to key attractions, making our trip enjoyable.
Unfortunately, one staff member's harsh demeanor ruined our experience. I was taken aback when asked to bring my dirty towels to the front desk just to receive new ones.

They also have a nice rooftop pool that makes for a perfect place to relax under the sun. The only downside was that the TV wasn’t a smart TV, which meant I couldn't binge my shows easily. 😊
